Since 2004, BiTA has been an accredited training organization (ATO, Accredited Training Organization) for ITIL® training and certifications. This means that our educational administration, teachers and our course material meet the high demands placed on us by PEOPLECERT and Axelos.
In addition to ITIL, BiTA provides training in many other subjects, methods, and frameworks including DevOps, Support & Customer Service, COBIT5, Risk Management, pm3, and several in-house developed programs that are highly appreciated in the market. We have trained over 20,000 people in the IT Service Management area and are one of the most prominent ITIL educators in the Nordic region.
The recent adoption of useful online tools enables us to bring participants from many different locations, countries, or even time zones together for meetings, workshops, and training sessions without the expenses involved with travel and lodging.
Educational services in English
BiTA offers the following courses with a trainer who has English as their native language.
Dane Thomas is our primary consultant and course instructor for English-language delivery. Dane is an accomplished and results-driven organizational transformation leader with expertise in leading effective strategies for process improvement by applying best-practice principles and frameworks such as ITIL, DevOps, SAFe, and other agile methodologies.
In addition to this, Dane is one of the most experienced IT Service Management course instructors worldwide. As of April 2022, he has delivered over 175 courses covering a wide range of subjects in both Swedish and English to over 1500 students. He is an ITIL v3 Expert and ITIL 4 Managing Professional, and Strategic Leader. His accreditations as a course instructor include the full range of ITIL 4 courses and DevOps Foundations/Fundamentals courses from DOI and DASA. He has also earned certifications in other methods, including SAFe. He has led projects and taught courses both onsite and online in Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East.
